Office paper into toilet paper

I wrote about this new machine in 2009  when it was invented in Japan and presented on the Eco products fair in 2009. Now I came across this video via the 1 Million woman campaign

The machine shreds the paper, dissolves it in water, thins it out and then dries it and winds it around a roll. According to Oriental, it costs about 12 cents to churn out one roll.It takes 30 minutes to make one toilet roll using 40 sheets of A4 office paper and water.
Hope they use renewable energy to power the machine.
