During winter I am regularly watching the Water Corporation's website to see how much rainfall we've had in Perth so far.
Nearly half of the water that supplies Perth comes from dams in the Darling Range and the South West of the State. The total capacity of our Perth and South West dams is 622 gigalitres. Currently the combined storage is 256.62 gigalitres, 41.3% of their total capacity.
Update 21 Aug: Recent rain fills Perth dams
