Free climate change event: Screening of the documentary Telling the truth Thursday 19th March 5pm at Pine Lakes Environmental Education Centre, Leach Hwy (between Murdoch Drive and Risely Street) in Winthrop. Telling the truth is a documentary that follows seven presenters personally trained by Al Gore, as they take his message to spark change in their own communities. There will also be a brief talk about SERCUL (South East Regional Centre of Urban Planning) who are hosting the event, and then an opportunity for networking and letting others know about other climate chain initiatives.
The event is being organised by Ditte Strebel and Ana Laura Terrazas.
