Greens wary of big drain on Gnangara
The Water Corporation is set to extract an extra 44 billion litres of water from the depleted Gnangara Mound in the next few months, according to the Greens.

The party's claim that there will need to be a 30 per cent rise in allocation this financial year comes ahead of the scheduled negotiation between the utility and the Department of Water for the 12-month draw that will supply Perth with most of its water.
